Any serious report must begin by explaining that Ceuta is in Africa - not mainland Spain - and 48k+ of the 50k crossers were already returned. It is frightening how many still don't know this. We do badly need reform of the UK's laws to prevent extremely rich people and organisations silencing others. We also need organisations like Amnesty to stand up against anti-rights campaigners, this being their stated purpose.

We'd do a lot better if less of our career journalists and broadcasters weren't from the privileged class that went to Oxford or Cambridge. Maybe then they'd not be so convinced of their own superiority and condescending to others. Not looking at all at Lewis Goodall as I say this!
