Can't say I'd mourn it. (Though actually it won't be the end of the US arms industry. Most of their revenue is from the DOD. Exports are the icing. And most of their exports are not to Europe). But yeah, European states are going to be seriously rethinking where they buy their arms

Egypt, under an authoritarian military regime, is almost on par with Ukraine in German major weapons exports 2020-24. Israel, despite its illegal occupation and genocide, is in third place. This all doesn't bode well for the global impacts of Germany's new war economy.

We should all be scared by what's happening in Germany. Authoritarian tendencies, poorer people, a government that doesn't prioritize the massive investment backlog but wants to spend HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS on the military and "infrastructure" (i.e.making bridges safe for tanks)-What could go wrong?
