DDC RESEARCH RETREAT (Spring edition) We've returned to Nyborg to meet as a group of DDC scholars and fellows (plus invited guests) to spend 2 days with updates on our projects and deliberate on future pathways. Thread below⤵️
DANISH ELECTIONS IN A HIGH-CHOICE SOCIAL MEDIA ENVIRONMENT Are we seeing the first signs of social media fragmentation & the rise of echo-platforms? Not quite! Very large platforms still draw a crowd across the political spectrum. But our dataset analyses also reveal some outliers and divergences.
Prøv den her: app-ddc-fv26.cloud.sdu.dk
Chatbots are increasingly popular as voting aids in elections. Most are not fit for this purpose. The generational difference in use is huge. Ahead of the Danish elections, 13% say they will use chatbots for advice. That is 1 in 5 in Gen Z. And 1 in 20 amongst Boomers. Source: @ddc-sdu.bsky.social
