I've been seized with an urge to draw barnacle geese after seeing The Wild Robot (which I enjoyed very much), and remembered that I drew this in 2014 after seeing a documentary about how barnacle goslings have to simply hurl themselves off their cliff nests to join their parents at ground level.

Illustrators, if you get an email that sounds like this, it's a scam! Spend a little time in anti-scam groups and you'll see this same type constantly. Writers and fine artists get it all the time.

Well, this ended up more of an experiment with media than anything else, but to be fair, that was what I intended when I started. I don't know how I feel about the finished result as a whole, but I like a lot of the textures, and I learned a little more about what works for me and what doesn't.
