The Trees Will Remember You One day while forest bathing I leaned against a tree and told it everything I've been unable to tell anybody else. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen. Speaking aloud is just exhalation. That tree took my anxieties and helped me breathe a little better.
