Like y'all, for 20 years before I started I agonized over trying to restrict food like various doctors told me and it did nothing because MY METABOLISM WAS JUST BROKEN and now I am the leader of a bread cult & make brownies & cookies & jalapeno poppers weekly. Man, I EAT SO GOOD NOW, IT'S GREAT.
