They removed CD/DVD drives from PCs. -Made physical media harder to buy and use. -Removed expandable storage from phones. -Pushed us into streaming subscriptions. -Made always-online normal. -Made unlimited internet necessary. -Slowly raised the price of everything. Ownership quietly became renting.

We spend our time yelling “across the isle” The far right, the “radical left”. It’s a distraction. Ask yourself how is it that the top 1% has 99% of the power when we the people have 99% of the vote? Buy enough politicians and let them divide us, that’s how Coming soon…..the podcast

HERE IT IS: Earlier this month, without any planning, I drove 6 hrs to the desert to capture the last full lunar eclipse until December 2028 Over 3 hours I shot over 3000 stills, but not the stars Last Tuesday I drove 4 hrs to capture the stars After 30+ hrs figuring out editing, this is DONE 🧵

15 phases of the moon captures between March 2nd at 12:37 and March 3rd at 4:36AM; the moon goes full full to crescent, then red and back towards crescent. the foreground is of a joshua tree and rocks with light pollution; the light pollution is from the original foreground. no milky way due to it being on the other side of the sky

The is the federal government telling news stations to provide favorable coverage of the war or their licenses will be pulled. A truly extraordinary moment. We aren't on the verge of a totalitarian takeover. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. Act like it.

This is a war almost 40 years in the making. Trump said in *1987* that the US should attack "horrible, horrible" Iran, "and take over some of their oil." In the years since, Trump talked about seizing oil from Venezuela, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, and Libya. www.businessinsider.com/trump-energy...

From Iran to Venezuela to New York, Trump wants to control the world's oil

Forget Saudi Arabia. Trump is making America the world's most dominant petrostate.

Occasionally reminded that Georgia added a “post tenure review” process bc they were so certain that professors became deadweight once they had job security, and all the outcomes have proven JUST THE OPPOSITE! People work harder and in more complex ways when they feel secure in their employment.

These documents prove Donald Trump's modeling agency was a feeder system for Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking operation. A 2009 email from "Trump Models" explicitly rejects a girl Epstein sent over. 1/4

So Trump keeps saying he will use the combined billions flowing into his “Board of Peace” to rebuild Gaza. We already know his fantasy for the rebuilt Gaza. Is his Gaza resort the whole motive for this charade?

Ten glorious years of a guy who has mostly been the president and always been the main character of American political life doing posts like this and everyone trying to figure out what cable news segment he saw, misunderstood in the way a dog might misunderstand a crossword, and made into policy.

I foolishly assumed that this Trump post tonight made no sense to me because there is some medical situation in Greenland of which I am uninformed. But so far all the news reports I’ve seen are saying that it is unclear what he is talking about.

Julius Erving is 76. Don't be fooled if you see if him with a cane. He uses it occasionally for sciatica. He can still dunk the basketball, and wants you to know it. "I introduce myself as Julius out of respect to my parents," he says. "But you can call me Doctor or 'Doc.' That's from the source."

For over 15 years, members of Congress have blocked themselves from receiving an automatic cost-of-living increase in their pay. But now, a bipartisan group of former and current lawmakers have advanced a lawsuit that could lead to larger salaries.
