Here’s some anecdata for you @fphuk.bsky.social I mentored 12 people thru the Public Health Speciality Training programme application process this year. • 4 medics: 100% got an offer • 8 non-medics (5-20yrs PH work experience): 25% got an offer The exam (assessment center) was the main barrier.

When I become King all boundaries will be fixed & the NHS will be forced to follow administrative structures.
