Three divisions (NY, Boston, Montreal, Ottawa; Toronto, Hamilton, Detroit, Minnesota; Vegas, San Jose, Seattle, Vancouver) would have made more sense in terms of travel distance and time zones, but it would have made playoffs complicated.

The screenshot shown on the poster doesn't mention the team name or location at all. It doesn't even say that it's a game at all -- it could have been a concert or something.

Anyone know what the flags are on the flagpole at the WPBL field, other than the US flag? I'd assumed the one right underneath (with red and blue, split by a diagonal) was the Illinois state flag, but I looked it up, and it isn't.
Congrates to the LA Queens, first champions of the WPBL! Also Ayami Sato, first pitcher in the league to pitch an entire game.
And this concert has been going on for a few years. All the people who bought those VIP tickets in previous years didn't buy them this year.

Please know that this is one of my few legitimate areas of actual, high-level professional expertise: Kicking the healthiest people off of a health insurance program will bankrupt it. Not 'could;' not 'might,' not 'probably," but absolutely will, with mathematical certainty.

WPBL announcers making Harry Potter references and telling us what Hogwarts house they're in and asking fans to share their houses -- extreme "reading the room" failure.
He destroyed it because he could not force the community that made it function, a community he wishes he could be a part of, to worship him. He is humiliated by that and is doing anything he can to erase the humiliation. All the wrecking and screaming flows from that.

Trump took something that was running just fine and destroyed it because he couldn't put his name next to the murdered president whose memorial it is. That's completely nuts.
The Kennedy Center is made of irreplaceable marble gifted by Italy. Matisse tapestries found throughout were gifted by France. The massive starburst chandelier in the opera hall and the lights along the walkways were gifts from Sweden. The record-breaking stage curtains were a gift from Japan.

I once got to watch from the wings as American Ballet Theatre performed Romeo and Juliet at the Kennedy Center. It was an incredible experience. He really does destroy everything he touches.
