One of the frustrating things about reporting on trans internal refugees is that the people who you're able to interview tend to be ones who managed to find some level of stability - the people moving from couch to couch to street to couch are harder to reach and more interview-avoidant.

I never use Ai, and unfortunately because of my style, I'm constantly accused. The disclaimer is very important because without it, people will always assume (even with it, people will, but it will be less people)

I stop eating at businesses that use AI in the art/signs. I downvote games that disclose using genAI in their creative processes. I have responded point-blank to clients asking for me to voice in something - who admit upfront to AI placeholders - I won’t even touch it until it’s completely AI-free
