They hurt themselves with a good deal of their committed voter base, and still don’t get the Republican votes they are so fucking obsessed with winning over. Lose-lose! People hate voting for squishy moral cowards!!
Machine-learning is cool & has many useful applications but they should be developed specifically & responsibly with the pros who use them. But that's the kind of nuanced conversation that isn't possible while lawmakers & CEOs are freaking out about the "imminent AI future." Which is the whole plan.

This seems to baffle people who *don't* teach History -- you keep shoving it at us and saying, I dunno, seems like you could use it? -- instead of *listening* to us. We do this for a living. Trust us, this doesn't have a use here. Go tell your plumber you want him to use a GameBoy on your pipes.
