@yubnubpod.bsky.social A fave prequel joke is a musical one. In AOTC Anakin/Padme are standing on a pavilion overlooking a lake, it's getting romantic, the music swells, Anakin goes in for the kiss... Padme pulls away, the music immediately fades out! Almost a record scratch! Gets me every time!

Since you guys rarely post from @yubnubpod.bsky.social, I’m posting here. Do I go to Yub Nub for news? No. Wild speculation? Nah. Recaps? You aren’t even caught up on everything. And yet, you’re right. You’re The Best. I could listen to you bullshit with each other for hours. 5 stars. The. Best.

I’ve been debating whether or not to say this as I’m not sure if they’ll think I’m crazy and should get a life but fuck it: for me, this episode was probably the most valuable and honest post-election content I’ve consumed. It was useful to hear people I enjoy articulate my exact feelings.
