A curse on every DP and gaffer who no longer light movies / shows properly. Fed up of getting eye strain when I’m just trying to watch a story. (The fact that you’ve no idea what show I’m watching, but could guess from a list of several hundred, tells you how prevalent the problem is these days.)
My constant dilemma is: do I watch something new, or rewatch an old favourite? “There’s never enough time to do all the nothing you want,” is my all-time favourite Calvin and Hobbes cartoon.

Separate point, and I know it’s a talk show, but it’s a pet peeve of mine when interviewers don’t let a question stand. “Was Boston intelligent when they traded you?” Stop. Stop talking. Let JB answer the question. But no, AA rambles on for another minute. I guess it’s not his 1st job…
