Leaving my job today. Felt like I had found a dream job (really, a dream sector), but the sector on all sides needs maturity. New job starts on Monday, it's time to return to a cubicle.

My life doesn’t overlap very much with the Jacob Geller situation. But it’s been bringing up a few things for me. I’ve never talked about this publicly. But it’s been over a decade so fuck it. CW: emotional abuse, grooming behavior
Watched Citizen Kane on the trip back. Good movie, I can see why it stands up. I hate that I relate with Kane.
It has been a rollercoaster of a weekend and I just hope it's not just the lift hill for the rest of the week
Flight delayed an hour Just one last trip and then they're all on my terms

I'm just gonna fucking say it: I have never, NEVER had any of my videos demonetized for using the actual goddamn words. Like, the first forty seconds of a Batman review had me saying as many different euphemisms for penis as I could - including cock and dick - and it was fine.
Commander Sterling@commandersterling.bsky.social · last mo.Just saw a video that censored the word “shooting” in a conversation about filming a movie. We really are just offering up our entire language to the God Algorithm, huh?
Sore throat several days before a con and the night before a dentist appointment on top of the sunday scaries I want to crumble into dust
Very hard to get out of bed today Just traveling for this work trip took all of my energy it seems
I am sorry I have to keep making these posts. My cost that I owe on the car came back as $7k, and to make matters worse my spouse got fired yesterday. I genuinely don't know what we are going to do. Thank you to anyone who shares this post. You can also check out my d&d patreon linked in bio!
🦌 Malus Maledict 🦌@cervinelich.bsky.social · 2mo agoHi everyone! Yesterday I had a really bad car accident, and while I walked away with mostly whiplash & bruises, my car is a complete and total loss. I am opening character portrait comms at a discount for $40, DM if interested. Donations also appreciated if possible! ko-fi.com/cervinelich
