I've been so lucky to count Belinda as my friend before she was my co-worker, and it destroys me to lose her like this. She is such an amazing, thoughtful writer, and was such an immense well of positivity on our team. I love her dearly, and you should absolutely snap her up as soon as you can.

That meant we built a team full of caring, supportive people who could be vulnerable and take risks and create truly amazing stories together. I could be confident in my writing because I knew a group of incredibly talented writers had given me the support I needed to make something great.

The narrative team at Crystal? My dream people. We often joked that our team was where traumatized writers came to heal. @jstafford.bsky.social set the tone early: when we were hiring, we would look for writers who were better than we were and knew the job was not our life.

i was so, so fortunate to work so closely with hannah for the last few years. it breaks my heart that we’re now separated, but i know whatever team is lucky enough to pick her up will be getting a whip-smart, loving, talented writer that will inspire and support others endlessly 💞
