ERIC SCHMITT: It was the only NBA game going on in Atlanta. He claimed later he was at another game. My job is to ask the questions (All of Schmitt's "facts" were wrong!)
Here's the shot. No team or city, just a seat number, so, that's an easy cross reference- which stadium has a section 109 row 1? Maryland Xfinity Center does. Atlanta Hawks' home, State Farm Arena- doesn't. And the game date is real. Both games happened that day. It proves Smith was in Maryland.
They (GOP) know this to be true and it will always be true.
This is priceless. Check out how local news is reporting on Sen Eric Schmidt’s clown-show grilling of Jack Smith. They found Jack Smith at the game… “Top corner, section 109, row 1. In fact, that seat doesn’t even exist in Atlanta.”
Just in case it wasn’t clear, when they say the U.S. Government’s paying for this, that’s YOUR taxpayer dollars they’re using. I’ll say this as many times as I need to: it is ILLEGAL to use American taxpayer dollars from the government to pay for candidates’ or parties’ political ads.
The judge doesn't buy this bs argument either. A free press means exactly that. A free press can criticize our govt and it's their duty to do so.
