Meanwhile, the pending rules and challenges have created uncertainty. Voters are emailing voting rights groups asking about their right to vote by mail, and Democratic officials are assuring their voters that the rules haven’t changed — so far.

Even if the administration loses, the damage is already done, in that voters will go into this election season doubting how they should vote and not knowing if their vote will count. The chaos is the voter suppression.

If you falsely but strongly believe that your students' intelligence is based on race and gender you will be unable to treat or grade them fairly. This includes giving white and male students too high grades as well as giving Black and female students too low ones
