Picture the scene … Very expired colour negative film ISO 400 film on an ISO 50 day Camera (although I didn’t know it) on Bulb mode Extremely bright, sunny morning Very contrasty scenes with deep shadows It’s a Holga I probably don’t need to say much more. But, as I was bringing the chemicals up to 38° I was ruminating on a range of “interesting” outcomes.

Been doing some film pushing tests lately with certain developers. Just HP5 pushed two stops to 1600 for starters. - ID-68 the classic pusher (Microphen?), not bad. - Pyrocat semi-stand, impressive. - FX 55. Push? What push?

I’ll bet there are unscrupulous sellers out there who would label their Tri-X as gluten free even when it’s regular Tri-X! Be careful out there! Some people will do anything to make a buck.
