I released revised versions of these zines to the patreon, after making changes based on the most recent playtest campaign. The Company of Monsters is a PbtA fantasy game where you play the monsters instead of the adventurers.

The first two issues of The Company of Monsters rpg in zine format. Both have monsters on the cover.

I recently started listening to a parapolitics/conspiracy podcast, and I find it weirdly jarring how the host occasionally uses the word Carcosa in a manner that is obviously inspired by True Detective (and has little to do with Chambers).

Good time to scoop up Girl by Moonlight and various extra bits at a discount. I'm sure we have community copies available as well (or at least we did last I checked).

I am basically a nobody, and this is just a suggestion, but if DriveThruRPG want me to see them as the reasonable ones in this situation, I think maybe they should stop trying to drive my audience away from their site, where I sell my games at.

After a long delay, the latest issue of my Old-School Essentials monster manual zine has been released. Essential Enemies 10: Temples of Greed showcases a bunch of greedy monsters, cultists, criminals, and mercenaries. Available now at DriveThruRPG and Lulu.

A half-letter digest-sized staplebound zine entitled Essential Enemies 10: Temples of Greed liesup on a bright blue surface. The cover illustration depicts an animated bronze statue in a cave surrounded by fire, lava, and flying bats.

People like Classic Traveller because it has the character lifepath minigame, but the real juice is the random sector / speculative trading combo. Every time I go back to mess around with it, I get sucked in again.
