Ottawa Transit Riders 🇨🇦🍁
@otttransitriders.bsky.social
Hi! We're a group advocating for better public transit in the city of Ottawa. See details at our website: https://ottawatransitriders.substack.com/
OC Transpo says there are currently 20 LRVs available for service, with 39 out of service. Work continues to replace worn CBAs (two axles per day), while other maintenance needs are ongoing. OC Transpo believes 20 available trains is stable for now, hopes to reintroduce more ASAP, no timeline yet.
REMINDER - A winter weather parking ban will be in effect today, January 11 until 7 pm. Please do not park on #OttCity streets. This will help crews plow easily and effectively. Details: https://bit.ly/3NbOPFS
