"Age verification" laws are actually "upload your ID or get your face scanned to access every website, ending anonymity and associating your identity with everything you do online" laws and if more people understood that they would not be down for this authoritarian nonsense

"Copyright is evil and should be abolished!" AYE can we stop with this take. Yes, corporations have abused the F out of copyright protections, but artists still rely on whatever protections copyright offers. It's the only reason a big corporation can't just steal literally everything we make.
