apropos of nothing, here's a terrific feature about a meaningful, life-saving use of artificial intelligence, which I have been thinking about for over a year. it's just extremely stupid to say that AI has zero benefits even if you don't think it should be used in writing (which I don't)!

AI defenders found my previous post out of nowhere so I'm going to rant about it here to bring them out so I can block them. Gen-AI is fundamentally a destructive technology who's only purpose is to entertain the fantasies of those unwilling to put in the effort. Let's kill some arguments:

You do not get to denounce bodyshaming but then use bodyshaming against bad people. Either you think bodyshaming is wrong because it's a fundamentally flawed way of criticizing other people, or you are *pretending* to feel that way so you can sound more progressive than you really are.

It's okay to speedrun games other runners don't. Competition against yourself is still competition. And self improvement is always good.

I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.
