hot take but non-commutative operators should be asymmetric, and symmetric operators should be commutative. The minus sign (-) should be the absolute difference between two numbers, and the signed difference should be something like a ⥞ b (think of it as b stabbing a for b damage)

Some friends are teaching their baby ASL as an early bridge to speech and they made the mistake of teaching her “want” as a concept. Now she wanders around the house signing “want” all the time as an expression of unfocused desire. They fucked up and made the baby invent the opposite of Buddhism.

Incidentally, I'll also say, having once worked with them under their previous incarnation: they were one of the best-paying clients I've ever had and their loc files, documentation, and reference assets I received were as good I could've hoped. They put most mainstream clients to shame, frankly.
