This is basically Jacksonville. You have Sporting Jax who is in it for the real estate and soccer is the third priority. Then theres the Armada. Where I am starting to believe the current owner would rather the team die than complete the sale to prospective owners. With land being at the center.

I think there are a lot of uncomfortable conversations about American pro soccer’s future that get papered over by sexy headlines or soundbites or moments. NWSL vs. MLS vs. USL is a way stupider idea than then architecting a better future together.
