All music gear collectors are a bit odd but I really don‘t get how there’s still a roaring market for insanely loud Valve/Tubes Heads and Cabs. So few people live far away enough from neighbours for them to be useable as intended.

Found this fantastic photo of various musical artistes of 1959/60 and pretty sure this is the *exact* guitar Chas McDevitt(?) is holding. The bass, thrillingly (for me) is I believe a previously unnoticed early Burns Weill Fenton, with a very Guyatonesque scratchplate. #guitarcheology
Critics absolutely *love* UK made comedy programmes that are actually quite depressing, and the good reviews will encourage reasonable viewing figures which will lead to more of the same being made. Which is bad.

Hovered over this Everly Brothers album online several times in recent years, so you *know* I over enthused to the grumpy old chazza twat when I pulled an almost mint copy out of the racks for £4. Love the way it sounds totally 1967 but the cover could easily be from 1960.
