Basically, if you're not sickeningly dizzy or otherwise incapacitated, then you really ought to make the most of that. It's amazing! Do a cartwheel! Bounce on a trampoline. Have a dance! Or just stand up! We don't know how lucky we are when we can take just walking round the block for granted ❤️

I've been struggling with various bits and bobs recently, but vertigo and nausea has been really kicking my butt. Keeping everything crossed it's passed again for now 🤞🏼
