I have given up on all sorts of ~cool~ word processing approaches for writing my book (Zettlr, Ulysses, Scrivener, etc) and am going to do it all in Google Docs because of citation support and the instant sync / sharing options. Honestly feels heretical.

Just occurred to me - and someone probably already said this - that one reason right-wing spaces online use AI images so much is b/c they can make themselves look better. Fitter, taller, more conventionally attractive, whiter. It's like a funhouse mirror to flatter themselves and distort the Other
