So when Barrack Obama was running everything in 2016, and Trump won, the election was fair? But when Donald Trump was running everything in 2020, and Trump lost, the election was rigged and stolen? How does that make sense? Oh, it doesn't! It's a lie.
stuff like this is why one important avenue for court reform is just nixing the shadow docket altogether and forcing these people to explain themselves to the public when they issue orders. also, making their records property of the united states and subject to publication when they leave the bench.

When Bill Clinton was president, Republicans wouldn’t shut up about how character matters. Now they won’t shut up about how it doesn’t. Weird, huh?
He should have to step aside now and just focus on his health. If it was good enough for Biden, it’s even more so for him.

The appropriate way to honor Lindsey Graham's memory would be for Lisa Murkowski, Thom Tillis, Susan Collins, Rand Paul, & 5 GOP Representatives to finally caucus with the Democrats to give them control of Congress & put an end to the lawless authoritarianism. Everything else is more free passes.

Moraff is being ridiculed for not properly vetting Platner, but our investigation shows Moraff was hiding his own sexual misconduct issues
