A fun downstream effect of “keep circulating the tapes” is there’s like multiple broadcast versions of nearly every episode of MST3k so you can just toss on random episodes and get secondhand exposure to the fevered dream of early 90s cable programming and commercials for shit like “a cat watch”

I remember my father telling me how anti trust laws worked as a kid. Something like "Well son, we have laws where one electric company can't just buy all the OTHER electric companies.
