Trump has attacked Rep. Ilhan Omar for years. He is vindictive, hateful, and abusive of power. This baseless raid was meant to intimidate and silence her and the communities she represents. Rep. Omar continues to stand on the right side of history and we’re right there with her.

America, where they'll fine you for burning leaves, but the megawatt gas turbines down the way that will make your air quality way, way worse are an unstoppable inevitability of progress.
Is it ok to refuse to spend an hour driving to save someone an hour of bussing? Does it matter that I already drove an hour to save them an hour and a half this morning?

I'm working to get clarification from VP's office. Maybe Pitt's being investigated too.

Stand Up for Science!@standupforscience.net · 5d agoThe CDC just re-opened a previously shelved study that would withhold the hepatitis B vaccine from children in Guinea-Bissau, despite decades of evidence showing it is safe and effective. This is a violation of human rights, using “science” to harm some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
Because it keeps being relevant, my requirements for "being an American" are these: 1) You want to be an American for pretty much any reason 2) and THIS IS THE IMPORTANT ONE! You want everyone else who wants to be an American to be an American It's the Paradox of Intolerance all the way down.
