I'd like to reword the phrase "conservatives aren't that funny" to something like "going up on a stage and talking about politics instead of doing fucking comedy, the thing people paid for, isn't funny" because like, while this is more commonly a conservative issue, it also happens with leftists.

I see a lot of the sentiment of "if you don't like it don't watch/read/play/ complain about it" and I just can't help but think... why not? What if I want to do that? What if U enjoy not liking something? Is that so bad? As long as ur not putting down other people for liking something, who cares?

I know you're not allowed to say this during the current debate, but the reason the left dominates academics, art, comedy, and music is that the right has stupid, discredited ideas, they're not funny, and dull resentment does not make for good art. No grand conspiracy required.

thinking about it in hindsight, the "let that sink in" joke elon made when he bought twitter was, on paper, a top tier joke. It's interesting how jokes that SHOULD work on paper can be just completely fucking butchered when done by the wrong people.

I know I've been posting a lot about Nintendo and I'll stop soon but it just really infuriates me the way people are so willing to undermine the amount of horrible shit Nintendo has done for the industry just because they manage to do like 1 or 2 things right. They don't deserve a pass.

they are ahead actually, they raised prices before the others, they took away your physical games before the others, they took away your console ownership before the others. nothing about the switch 2 is consumer friendly but they were quieter about it so it slipped under gamer radar

It's important to point out that nintendo is at LEAST 5 years behind the rest of the industry. give them time and they'll pull off the same shit too but you'd be too busy going "hey look new Zelda" or the like.
