America has officially entered its Dark Ages. God help us all—because there's no longer any reason to believe Congress or the courts or media will. We have lost our way to a degree I never thought possible, and I am not going to pretend to have any answers about how we find our way back. We may not.
If we flew the American flag at half-mast for every murder of an American who deserved better, who deserved to be heard and respected and live in peace, we’d never raise the flag to its full height again.

I think it's a sign of how cowed the American media is that we're getting pieces like "you have to understand, in Korean culture, it's considered very rude for someone to lock you in a brutal prison camp for a week for no reason." Like yeah, any free people would be offended by that?

As with troops on our streets, it’s all about normalizing fascism. This is fascism. Fascism is here. Too many Americans are too “busy” to care. But it’s here.
Seems like local law enforcement in most places is A-OK with this. White supremacists have spent decades infiltrating these organizations.

Watching Rubio flail and twitch on Face The Nation defending Russia and pretending that both sides of the war are morally equivalent is the work of a man desperate to be President when Trump is gone and terrified of offending the pro-Putin MAGA base.
Reminder that Putin has never said he wants a trilateral meeting, had never said he would respect Ukrainian sovereignty, and has never said he wants to end the war. Not to be a downer, but the discussion of security guarantees is premature.
There are approximately 660,000 illegal immigrants residing in the United States, primarily from European countries, with a significant portion being white. Yet, you don't see a single one of them have their children stripped away, raided, or locked up in cages. We all know why.
