Was curious whether GOP Rep Gabe Evans in swing CO-8 would seek to distance himself from longshot/extreme Republicans on the ticket - like exorcist/Gov candidate Victor Marx and election denier/Sec of State candidate James Wiley. Evans is going with full embrace of both.

And related to this -- there once was a period when you could actually be seen as *too* openly racist for Republicans. Now they're all worried they're not being racist enough, that they're leaving themselves open to a primary challenge by a literal Klansman campaigning in a hood.
