You know, maybe one could just not be the kind of person where a plurality of folks in the country—nay, the world— are actively glad when your huge outdoor event is plagued by horrible bugs.

Someday I hope historians write something big and memorable and socially important about that in 2020-2021 a _million_ Americans died of a plague and as of 2026 we've never had any sort of reckoning or public grief or anything That's more than any war we fought, and no memorials. it's messed up

Yesterday, Jeffrey Epstein's former account testified, under oath, that the Epstein Estate paid a settlement to one of the women accusing Donald Trump of raping her as a minor, AFTER Epstein had died. This would end any other President instantly. But the press doesn't care.
