I love it when people ask me to do things for them even though they know I have little time for myself (but they tell me "it's urgent!" so I spend what little free time I have trying to help them out), and whenever I need extra info on what exactly they need, it's crickets. Yeah, sounds very urgent.
Finally time for #boardgames again! This weekend we returned #HorrifiedDungeonsAndDragons to the table, first time against the Red Dragon (and the Mimic), and it was a delight! We managed to win at the last possible moment. 😄

One of the best historical #books I've read in a while: #ImperialTwilight by Stephen Platt is a fascinating, detailed, vivid and captivating account of British opium smuggling in China during the Qing dynasty, the Canton factory system, the East India Company's trade monopoly & the First Opium War.
Back before everyone had to been online, and online spaces were just for nerds (affectionate). I do miss those days and I'm so thankful for the friends I've made. And it's not impossible to make friends online now. You need need to find the right spaces and people.

Paleo is a great co-op adventure survival game. Take your lumps early learning what you need to do and then hope you still have enough time left to do it. We survived Hornets and Terror Birds, barely squeaking out a win before certain death. Thrilling! boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/30... #boardgame

Most of social media is teeming with AI generated images and other media, and the pro-AI crowd is all over politics, media and power. What makes you so resistant to the idea critics might have ONE space?
Nach 3 Partien #Fromage war ich gefühlt schon durch damit. Gestern zum ersten mal mit gedrafteten, individuellen Gebäuden gespielt. Fand ich ganz nice. Ist weiterhin kein Spiel was ich immer wieder spielen müsste aber hin und wieder kann man das gut machen. Geht ja auch verdammt flott.🧀 #Brettspiele
