I’m in a bookstore now. This shelf holds books from publishers affected by the russian attack on August 1, when eight million books were destroyed. The bookstore is asking people to buy their books. I wanted to remember this shelf.

I _do_ like how they've updated the article to, pretty clearly state, that while Meta has "rolled back" the feature, what's happened is no one was supposed to be looking and they don't want to face the music. These vultures never want consequences. It's their thing.
