It remained relentlessly focused on Arday.
It seems the 2025 law requiring 6mthly formfilling to confirm details for supplementary payments included the Winter Energy Payment (oops). The 2026 law authorising automated decision-making did exactly as told & stopped the WEP for 15,000 pensioners as they hadn't sent in this (nonexistent) form 👀
