🚨 The archived version of the suppressed Amnesty report into the anti-trans network operating to dismantle human rights in the UK has been "excluded" from the Wayback Machine. JKR is working very hard to scrub its existence from the eyes of the public. Thankfully, I kept screenshots.

Back on my Horror #StarTrek BS 🫠 I wanted to explore how the ocular implant on the newly blind XO of Celeste would work. I didn't want to give him back his perfect vision and 'cure' him, so I added some kinks like chromatic aberration to his implant. I'll describe it a little more in the alt.

A comic that explores USS Celeste's First Officer Okai's ocular implant after he goes blind during the ship's maiden voyage, consisting of three First person POVs

Panel 1:
After he wakes up from his ocular implant surgery. Celste's CMO Kev, Counselor Ora, Maya and Achille are standing around his sickbay bed, they are all smiling. Captain Orrain is standing near the foot of the bed, arms crossed. Okai's new vision has some chromatic aberration. Kev, with a tricorder in his hand, asks Okai "Welcome back Commander! How are you feeling?"

Panel 2:
Chief Engineer Lt Commander Himmet is tied to a dead tree in the middle of nowhere, that has occult markings on it, implied that Okai is also in the same boat. She looks concerned. although the vision of her has more chromatic distortion than usual. On the to right corner it shows the temperature is 328.15 K, roughly 55 degree Celsius. Okai is seemingly starting to get a tunnel vision, the edges seem blurry. the vision is also washed in red. Himmet asks him "Commander! Is your implant malfunctioning?"

Panel 3:
We have switched to infra red vision in what seems to be a Jeffrey's tube. Several humanoid creatures are crawling towards the protagonist and growling.

Every time I get in the weeds about how contentious local DFL politics feel at the Senate District, Congressional District, and State levels, I try to stop and remember how much worse it is for the other side in every way, down to piss poor electronic voting at conventions. 🥰

DFL chair richard carlbom says "DFLers are united from the caucus to the ballot box" after every endorsed candidate won their election yesterday. minnesota democrats are a united party the minnesota GOP, meanwhile, is "in disarray, dived, chaotic, unable to agree on who should represent them."

Truly I am a wizard to some people. I walk into their office, give them good news about their event attendance, and offer to fix the monitor timeout that's been plaguing them. Bid them a good day and waltz out. They have no idea how I do any of the most basic things I do.

I can't believe I came in early to catch up on work post-vacation, my badge didn't work (still have login accesses and my supervisor says everything is fine), and now my laptop is going to die. before I ever get into the office. *has been working in the lobby* Injured + insulted

We need to initiate generational knowledge transfer by teaching younger people on Discord best practices learned from years, decades, of forum management and moderation.

Anyway related to absolutely nothing: On-screen making out and sex shouldn't be the standard by which TV relationships are judged as "actually gay." A young woman openly proclaiming she wants to marry another young woman, with rings and the prettiest dresses, and stay by her side forever...is gay!!
