For those that have taken on learning and studying a different language, if you decided to work with a tutor, I’m curious to hear about your experience. What was your intention? Did tutoring help or did you learn through a classroom setting? If you’ve done both, which one was more effective for you?

I’m at my mom’s house, checking in on her. I took a walk and saw two trans inclusive Pride flags on her block here in Biddeford, ME. It’s hard to be far from friends tonight on Pride, but it helped to learn community is near—just one of the ways these flags work. Thanks to everyone who flies them.

As public awareness and resistance ramp up, I'm regularly reminded that researchers have been addressing the environmental, geopolitical, and political-economic impacts of data centers for *a very long time*; legislators, journalists, et al just haven't noticed!

Ford has rehired hundreds of senior engineers after replacing them with AI backfired and has cost the company billions of dollars. AI adoption is blamed for Ford being the most recalled automaker in the U.S. with 51 recalls covering over 11 million vehicles in the first half of 2026 alone.

I got into it with that account the day it came out, and was told that they personally would have showered victims with support and so victims worrying about not having enough support are obviously just irrational tools.

Nenko Gantchev should still be alive—home with his family. After 30 years contributing to Chicagoland as a small business owner and taxpayer, ICE detained him, ignored his medical needs, and he died in custody. This system is cruel, reckless, and must be held accountable.
