What Trump did NOT do was even purport to show a single ineligible voter voted in the 2020 election, or that any voting machines were actually compromised, voting machines or voter registration databases breached, or election results inaccurately reported.
Democracy is built by people who show up: neighbors helping neighbors, workers organizing, poll workers serving, and communities making their voices heard. Together, we have the power to shape what comes next. We are America. And we vote. #WeAreAmericaAndWeVote

An Afghan deported to Central African Republic, a French speaking 80% Christian country with violent christian-muslim conflict, autocratic govt and extreme poverty. Death sentence and deliberately, insultingly cruel.

63 years ago, hundreds of thousands of Americans gathered in Washington to fight for the freedom and safety of Black Americans. Today, those rights are still not secure. We will continue fighting for better, until there is justice and equity for us all.

Today's SCOTUS decision was on a timing question, not a power question. The Court’s ruling today held that the lower court acted too early — not that Trump’s executive order is constitutional or legal.
Please don't overreact to Roberts Court decision on the contemplated USPS ballot moves They simply held that the injunction came too early in the process, before there was a final rule👇 Now we HAVE a final rule & we will litigate it. I'm as confident in our arguments here as in any of our cases!
40 kids, separated from their parents, and held in detention by our government, despite committing no crimes. Those were the cases I sat in on today in immigration court. (1/2)
Our national parks are already severely understaffed. They’ve lost roughly a quarter of their permanent workforce since Trump returned to office, and the people who remain are being asked to do more with less every single day.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson got it right. Trump is trying to ‘foment chaos ahead of the November elections.’ Trump wants to steal the election. We can't let him. Impeachment now.
NEWS: The Supreme Court’s 6-3 conservative majority just handed Trump an initial victory in his push to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the 2026 midterms, lifting a court order that blocked key parts of his executive order in 23 states. The ruling does not decide whether his actions are legal.
From Jackson dissent: The Court “treats the Government’s stay application as if the whole point is merely to demonstrate that the States’ claims are not justiciable…The majority misses the Gov’s actual objective: to secure our imprimatur for its effort to foment chaos ahead of the elections.”
