Sometimes I make smaller Dither Studies. It’s a greater challenge to capture the structured chaos of a dither in a small space. But also an opportunity to experiment with color and shape before going really big. Each is 6” × 18” or 24”.

I'm gonna keep a small diary of my reverse engineering work in this thread. Basically, I'm finding obsolete, poorly documented, and/or poorly supported sensing devices, and getting them to produce legible open data for my Creative Coding and Experimental Capture students.
