I'm a novelist who loves weird things. Codex and such. Short fiction in Phano, Hell Itself, and Typebar. The Raven at the End of Time coming soon from Inked in Gray Press. https://dvewlsh.com. he/him. Powerbombs save lives. https://patreon.com/dvewlsh ABQ

It reminds me back to the days when I was reviewing games. Gamers(TM) had a fit over the ending to Mass Effect 3 only having three branching options and not being extremely fine tuned to their every decision over the span of three games. I even think three is too much. Give me a canonical end.

Something that I've noticed across all mediums in recent years is that everyone wants everything catered TO them, rather than broadening their minds to other directions or possibilities in fiction. From plot to characters to ships. I see people one-star books because it's ~not what they would do~ 🧵⬇️

Sometimes I can't help but bemoan my cultural mismatch. At a kids fun run and they're looping Walking on Sunshine like it's a New Jack match and I cannot share this with anyone here.

I'm so glad I finally watched the Nirvanna the Band the Show web series. The Smashing Pumpkins scene is probably one of my favorite things in anything ever. I can't stop thinking about it and watching it. Just flawless.

Since WWE's trying to exploit PAC's death, it's time to talk about this: Remember how PAC suddenly had visa issues when AEW started? That's because, when the AEW trademarks were filed, WWE called USCIS to claim he walked out on his visa. After leaving him alone for a year and giving him his release.

Losing Andy/Butcher and PAC in such a short amount of time is really unfathomable and so profoundly sad. Wrestling is such a hard thing to love sometimes.

lol, I'm telling ya. Indie authors love the abusive relationship with Amazon. One of the tools at our collective disposal in the last few years was KDP's price-matching to free. Apparently this weekend most price-matched books reverted to previous pricing without any warning.
