👀 JS Composites proposal update "After benchmarking and general reflection, the proposal is now pursuing an interning based approach." - @acutmore We didn't get Records & Tuples but we may still get interned data structures in JS! Really exciting update if this lands in JS

ECMAScript excitement 😉 Congrats to @ashley-c.bsky.social on advancing the Composites proposal to Stage 1 at TC39 today 🎉 This is the evolution of Stage 2 Record & Tuple which has now been withdrawn. A key difference is that Composites are objects, not primitives. github.com/tc39/proposa...

why don't more cities just build random floating orbs? why are we spending so much time and money on "glass towers" and "railways"? where are all the fucking orbs? #Urbanism

Made like a dark, fucked up version of the realplayer logo haha. Just a glimpse into my dark reality. A full stare into my twisted perspective would make most simply go insane lmao

An edited version of the RealPlayer logo. Instead of being blue and saying "real", it is now red and says "fake".

unextended problem: the codename i chose for the LLM memory project is apparently making gemma extremely pretentious and verbose due to how mysterious it sounds

I've really come around on rust-style futures, it's nice how easy it is to pass context down the stack reliably they also map quite well on to generators so you can implement them in js pretty easily :)
