If SCREEN were to pass, you'd be required to scan your face and upload an ID to access this site because it allows "harmful" material. This affects you even if you don't care about sex work or porn.

I've used Mixam for all my nsfw comics, so I tested this on the Canadian site and there was no price difference between level 1 and level 4. Yet. But the feature is there. :/
