I've only painted a few, but I love how narrative two-paneled alters can be. Works so well for film inspired pieces.

Gyokatu was a way to keep records of fisherman’s catches by brushing a fish with ink before pressing it onto paper.
This was painted with Golden Fluid Acrylics and Army Painter spray primer. After masking off the name and stats, I primed the card. Then I alternated between sanding and painting white. After that, I applied thin coats of acrylic to recreate the inked prints based on a handful of works I saw online. Prerelease was fun! Got a pretty amazing removal suite, but went 4 colors with not quite enough fixing and ended up 2-1. Bonus Jace token sketch I did in down time.
Blargh. Crappy day at the day job. Spent most of it on the phone with web host support trying to fix errors from an update on their end. But now time to get ready for prerelease! Very excited!
