If you're trans and work for a sizable UK company or organisation, now is a great time to log into your HR portal and remove any information you can on your sex/gender, e.g. by replacing any information with "prefer not to say".

This bypasses Parliament. This approach was rejected in the Data Bill but the government thinks it can just go to the undemocratic FWS v Scottish Ministers ruling. This has implications for future handling of data. It erases the idea of sex discrimination for trans people for religious ideology

The entire article is based on the premise that men have a physical advantage over women in sport. They do But trans women are not men and paper after paper makes that clear. It’s embarrassing that no one has the most basic scientific curiosity anymore.

It’s been his goal from day one. The fact he has people in place accountable to him who he chose to put or leave there means there is no ‘not me gov’ excuse. Also if they spoke to actual experts in gender medicine they wouldn’t be doing this.

No one has ever suggested such a thing to us, repeatedly, in a bid to prevent us from transitioning, or developed entire typologies around the idea, or reinforced it in multiple academic fields!
Please can we align with our neighbours in Europe with whom we have far more in common than continuing to pretend that we share values and culture with a country just because some people from there used to live here 200+ years ago

UK initially denied US permission to conduct strikes aimed at regime change from bases incl Diego Garcia and RAF Fairford, citing international law.
Genuinely hilarious he thinks he’s a progressive.
