💫Thank you for amplifying, @corporateeurope.org! With #Palantir in the news today for its “otherworldly” booming stock prices, it’s time for Europe to ask itself just how the company can build such staggering profits from public contracts - while paying back so little.

Corporate Europe Observatory (CEO)@corporateeurope.org · 12h ago

We were kindly asked by Gaia Neiman at @euobserver.com to comment on this important study. Palantir provides some of the most repressive AI tools implicated in human rights violations and genocide, and its numerous state contracts have locked in dependency. euobserver.com/231360/palan...

"European public authorities should be able to exclude companies that take public money while shifting profits away from the national tax base that funds public services, and provide the basis for national security that #Palantir claims to defend."

Really important report on one of the most dangerous corporations out there. With a founder saying that democracy and freedom are incompatible, a manifesto that could be the "rambling of a super villain" (www.theguardian.com/technology/2...) and an obvious disregard for human rights.
