De VVD-bewindslieden hebben tijdens hun perioden doelbewust de asielopvang door het COA bijna volledig afgebroken. Daardoor betalen we nu bijna twee keer zoveel aan allerlei noodopvang. De omvang van de instroom is niet het probleem; de kapotbezuinigde opvang van die instroom is het probleem.
