“Smith has said she considers the threshold for a majority to be 50 per cent plus one.” Not that I don’t trust the Premier but … “50% + 1” of what? Total population? Total eligible voters? Total of voters who cast a ballot? Total of voters in Three Hills? Clearly “clarity” is not her strong point.
