I've been blocked and had to reroute many runs because of this. A small problem (or not, I could probably use the extra mileage 😁) compared to the many Trevor outlines, but still...I can't imagine it'd be taking so long to address if it was in a different Minneapolis neighborhood.

Thanks to capitalism, even the woke gay bar uses sexual harassment as a "funny" excuse to promote themselves. Seems to be an odd double-standard. I can think of other businesses & nonprofits who if they joked like this, it would not be treated the same way.

Well isn't that grand—Vetaw has repeatedly failed to demonstrate that she cares about her own constituents and community, so she has to ask her colleagues to do so.

I wonder, if you polled people, how much extra they would pay each year to have their city *not* be covered in thick, choking wildfire smoke for days at a time. I wonder if that might give you more insight into "willingness to pay" vis a vis climate change than asking in the abstract.

Still furious Minneapolis landlords & nonprofits & the politicians they owned pointed to flat eviction numbers to stop rent relief when everyone knew the numbers would rise. Also another example of private charity unable to supplant effective public programs, even when charity super-motivated.
